Moberly Stars at the NHC Split Grade

Eight Moberly Stars made the short trip to High Wycombe to compete in the NHC Split Grade Open (Don Werner Memorial). The event was particularly hard for the younger members of the team as this was an event with no technical restrictions.

In the Yellow and Orange belt section, Gold medal winner Dinari was in excellent form. With his mobile attacking style he won his 4 contests to claim top spot in the u34k.

Mariam had to battle extremely hard for her silver medal in the u57k. While Kamal was able to produce one of the throws of the day to claim his bronze in the u30k.

Max was also in sublime form and produced another professional performance to claim gold in his new u46k category. 2015-07-19 15.48.30

 

 

The remaining members of the team, Kyle, Oliver A, Oliver L and Daniel achieved more invaluable experience.
