The Moberly stars put in great performances at the Red and Yellow Belt Rumble, with many of them making a very first appearance in any event. It was a great experience for all.

Moberly Star Dominique Brown at the South Coast kyu and Dan Grade Event

Well done to Dominique who won an excellent gold medal at the South Coast Kyu and Dan grade tournament last weekend. Competing in only her second event in 5 years, Dominique has worked extremely hard in recent months to regain her fitness and was well worthy of her podium finish.

Moberly Stars at the Micklefield Red and Yellow belt Rumble

A big well done to the Moberly stars that took part in Micklefield Judo Club’s Red and Yellow Belt rumble at High Wycombe last Saturday. A lovely event from a very well run club with a great atmosphere.
Red belts Isabella and Eva, competing in only their 2nd and 1st events respectively showed great spirit as they both won bronzes in very competitive groups.
In the Yellow belt section Parnell was in great form, with his very well trained shoulder thowing ability winning a fantastic silver. For Kaden and Kristians it was a very tough day but both were rewarded with battling bronzes for their efforts.
